Effect

You approach a group of people, and ask someone to think of a card, and then name it aloud. It can be any card they wish. There is no force. The subject is asked to truly visualize the card in their head-to burn this into their mind, you give them a lighter (or just borrow theirs). After igniting the lighter, they are asked to visualize their card in the dancing flame. You briefly thrust your fingers into the flame, wincing with pain. For the jaw-dropping climax, you slowly turn your fingers around, to reveal the skin on your thumb and finger is now blistered in the shape of their freely-chosen card! Learn of Kenton's O.K. "Okito" box which uses hinged lids and mini-mint boxes. Yes, HINGED on lids as an Okito Box. This will create a new revolution in the Okito Box tradition.

Don't just melt a spoon - squish the bowl like it were putty. Is it putty? No! The bowl while seemingly molten instantly becomes solid again and the hands are seen empty. NOT like anything you have seen before. This is different.

Props are taken from a large Altoid type box, as the performer displays his unusual abilities. BUT, the box instantly seals itself shut with tape, postage stamps and more in a split second and in full view. Effect: A spectator is asked to freely shuffle a deck of cards. The mentalist displays a book on divination, explaining that he has been studying Cartomancy-the ancient system of telling fortunes with playing cards.

An envelope is then given to the participant to hold and the performer says, "Even though we've never met before, inside this envelope is a Cartomantic reading that I've prepared just for you. Let's see if the system works!"

The top five cards of the shuffled pack are taken and displayed by being inserted into the edge of the book. The spectator is told to choose any of the five cards. The selected card is, for example, the four of clubs. The four unchosen cards are shown to be all different. When the fortune message is removed from the envelope, it reads:
