The new Mini-Magic Switchboard allows this classic effect to be done anywhere in the world. This simple-looking device challenges the common assumption that a switch of a specific color will only operate an electric light bulb of the same color, regardless of where the bulb is located. Our new version of both the 110volt and the new battery operated model, with completely redesigned circuitry, have taken Paul Bernhardt's original idea to a new dimension.

The Mini-Magic Switchboard consists of a finely finished board with four electrical switches and four lamp sockets mounted in two parallel rows. The four switch caps are colored to match the four light bulbs. With this arrangement you can demonstrate that each switch will operate only its similarly colored bulb, regardless of which socket the bulb is in. You can even change the positions of both the bulbs and the switch caps and the correlation between each switch cap and its matching bulb still holds. The switches, bulbs, sockets and the switch caps are perfectly ordinary and their examination will provide no clue to the method. The board is entirely self contained, no separate gimmicks to hide. The spectators can decide the position of the bulbs and even flip the switches. Once the bulbs are lit, the switches can be turned on and off as often as desired and in any order, yet each colored switch will operate only its matching colored bulb. It's devilishly clever. We've included another routine using four white bulbs and playing cards. The bulbs tell you which spectator picked each card. Instead of four playing cards you can use four different objects or product cards. It's great for trade shows! It's so simple to operate you'll entertain yourself with it.

The board is designed to look old-fashioned, belying the electronic wizardry inside and even includes Thomas A. Edison markings. With this improved version, when the board is initially turned on, you are able to light the bulbs in any order. This new twist will make it even less likely that someone will stumble across the clever method. The new Mini Magic Switchboard is supplied with an extra set of bulbs. The new circuitry is now included in both the 110 volt and the new Mini version.

Check-out this customizable name badge with scrolling LED message. It is completely programmable to say what you want. The message can be changed "on the fly" using the 3 onboard control buttons. Up to 6 different messages can be loaded into the badge. Each message can be set for scroll speed and brightness level. To change to a different message, simply use the buttons on the back of the badge.

"Original" Thule's Bending Nail $20 

 

The Bending Nail is another precision item. It's really cool! You show a solid metal nail and place it in a soft rubber sleeve. Right before the audiences' eyes, the nail is BENT with such ease it seems to be as pliable and soft as the rubber sleeve! The nail is then straightened and removed from the sleeve and seen to be perfectly normal. And of course hard as a nail! It can be handed out to the audience AND EXAMINED! There are no switches. The gimmick is completely undetectable. This fools everyone! Really nice to do when you want to drive them nuts! Comes with a matching normal nail so you can easily switch. This is the original version of the bending nail effect, the brainchild of Yves Domerque and Jean-Phillipe Halm from France. There have been many copies of this precision-crafted gimmick, but none of them ever equaled the original. Even looking extremely close right at the gimmick, you will not see a thing! A magician displays an iron nail which may be examined by the audience. The magician states that he has the ability to make metal as soft as a marshmallow and places the nail inside a soft plastic tube to "protect the audience from the intense heat coming from his mind." Holding the nail at the ends, the magician concentrates on the nail and proceeds to slowly bend to almost an 80-degree angle! John has now made these in a new Gold pen that looks like a standard gold Cross pen. Magician borrows a bill from a spectator. He then takes a designer-type pen and proceeds to push the point of the pen right through the center of the bill. Spectator actually hears the bill being punctured. He then proceeds to rip the pen away from the bill (spectator actually hears the bill tearing). The bill is now slowly and fairly restored and handed back to the spectator. If desired, the pen may be made to penetrate any borrowed coin, too! There are no sleights required and everything may be examined. Two pens included, one gimmicked, and one normal.
